I just love it when I get an S.O.S. call to 'fix' the client's hair 💇‍♀️ ...as they were too anxious to go to the hairdressers

I am a patient, understanding person who always listens to the client and make them feel at ease as no one should feel anxious or nervous about having their hair done (even if I do 😂 at their attempts at hairdressing)

** IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT **

Please be advised that Darren had his operation last Friday and sadly is in critical care. His operation went well however, he currently has some paralysis.

The hospital have discussed referring him to a spinal rehabilitation unit in Oswestry where we expect he will stay for a few months.

On top of that Nicole has been struggling with her mental health for a few years. Yesterday I received a phonecall to say she had been admitted to hospital in Manchester as she is experiencing a psychotic episode. Whilst this is extremely hard on me, I strongly believe she will now get the help she has been crying out for and deserves.

As much as I love my job and my clients, I have no choice but to reduce my hours so as I can visit both Darren and Nicole.

Please bear with me at this extremely difficult time and I will endeavour to respond to any messages as soon as I can.
