this client had been colouring her own hair and cutting it herself with black box die and on the day of our macmillan coffee morning she wanted to ask if she could go lighter and we gave her the advice to go on a journey with us and that she did she brought our new eleven repair shampoo and conditioner and she came in for 6 week trims and now she has healthy shiny hair this is proof ladies that if you stick on the journey with us it can be possible
