With 6 years in the industry and 4 years behind the chair, Abbie specialises in the kind of hair we LOVE here at Matthew James… effortless lived-in colour, soft dimensional blondes and those iconic 90s-inspired cuts ✂️☁️

She also offers hair extensions, making her the perfect addition to our growing team of colour and transformation specialists.

Abbie’s calm, friendly energy and passion for creating beautiful, wearable hair makes her such a lovely fit for the salon and we honestly can’t wait for you all to meet her 🫶🏼

Millie has now officially finished for maternity leave, and Katie will be with us until 15th May ✨

It’s been a busy one!

✨ Welcome Abbey to the Matthew James team ✨

We’re so excited to have Abbey joining us in the salon. Abbey qualified in 2019 and is a fantastic all-round hairdresser with a real love for blonde work 💛

Even better… Abbey also specialises in hair-ups, which is something we’re really excited to start offering more of in the salon for proms, weddings and special occasions.

Abbey has a lovely calm, relaxed approach in the chair and enjoys getting to know her clients while creating beautiful hair.

We’re also really looking forward to welcoming Abbey’s existing clients to Matthew James, and introducing her to lots of new faces in the salon too.

Abbey will be with us Wednesdays & Thursdays (9–5) to start, building up her column and adding Saturdays soon.
