According to Dr. Robert M. Sayre, Ph.D., of Rapid Precision Testing Laboratories, one of the creators of the SPF rating system: “UV nail lamps are safer than natural sunlight or sunlamps.” Nail lamps with LED bulbs or fluorescent bulbs both emit UVA-1, the safest part of the ultraviolet spectrum, according to Dr. Sayre. I saw Clare this evening, she is off to Belgium on Thursday for the Grand Prix supporting Lewis Hamilton with 'LH 44' on her nails. Have a lovely time Clare :)

Hi ladies! Sorry I've been quiet for a while, we've sadly had a string of illnesses and a lack of sleep so when I've been well I've been doing clients and neglecting Facebook! Hope your all well?? So last nights nails are shellac midnight swim. Love this color, and loving the 'water' drop bubbles too!
