Dear Clients,

It is with a very heavy heart that I must announce I will be closed until further notice. Due to ongoing personal challenges, including childcare issues, I am finding it increasingly difficult to balance everything. I am just as frustrated and disappointed by having to cancel your appointments last minute as you are, and I truly hate letting you down.

I want to be upfront and honest with you all—I need to take this time to focus on resolving these personal matters so that I can return and offer you the best service possible, without compromise. Your understanding and continued support mean the world to me, and I am incredibly grateful for your patience during this time.

I’ll keep you updated on when & if I’m able to resume appointments, and I look forward to seeing you all again as soon as I can guarantee a full, quality experience. Thank you for your loyalty.
