Such a beautiful evening and a truly wonderful group to journey with. Thanks so much to HotYoga Heaven for inviting me along and thanks to the lush souls that joined us.

We sipped blue lotus tea, breathed in its decadant oil before snuggling down to be bathed in frequency and energy, while the thunder rumbled and the rain fell. Blissful indeed. Feeling very grateful for it all.

My usual monthly blue lotus journey is Wednesday 1st July 7pm and I do have a space available should anyone feel the call.

I have my gorgeous Mary Magdalne reiki Meditation monday 20th July 7pm after which ill be taking a break in Aug with my reiki sound Meditations restarting in September.
