Let me tell you how I accidentally turned my blonde client brunette!!!!

I didn’t!!! But today was a true “trust the process” appointment. I lifted my client to her usual clean level 10 and decided to tone with OSMO 10.732 glossy gloss. It was all going according to plan until my toner started to look like this 👉🏼😬

When you’re hairdresser tells you to “trust the process”, trust me she’s trusting that process right along side you 🤣. She’s got all the training, she knows the science but her bum is clenching in time with yours 🤣

But it is ALWAYS worth it 😍

13 months ago, one of my very first clients came to me with hair down her back and said “I’d like a bouncy blow dry please”.

No word of a lie, I gaslit this poor angel and said it wasn’t possible because of the length of her hair. When really I should have just been honest and said it wasn’t something I was able to do… yet. But I just couldn’t admit defeat. Never have, never will.
Thus started the burning fire in my stomach to be able to bouncy blow dry like a PRO!!!
It wasn’t quick, it wasn’t easy, it wasn’t without a few tears 😭 but I am so proud to say that in January, this same gorgeous client was in my chair once again and this time… I DELIVERED!!!

Don’t ever let anybody, including yourself, tell you “you can’t”.
