I didn’t know any better 😂
For the longest time I was just using the Russian technique on absolutely everyone 🥲 and honestly? Not everyone is suitable for this technique.
Some anatomy types just don’t sit well with the Russian approach and easily migrate, bulk, bulge, protrude and even drop quickly.
I kept thinking maybe my skill in Russian lips is where i was going wrong and out of distress, I just dumped the approach and began treating lips as the individual bases they are.

And that’s when it CLICKED for me. I realised that it wasn’t my skill or ability but the approach I was using and how I was doing the treatment.
Instead, I took into consideration the individual I was working on and assessed everything; from muscle density, muscle movement, muscle strength, tissue depth, tissue laxity, collagen level, vermillion barrier, shape, size, age, previous filler etc etc and begun working in adaptivity to them.

And now? I’d never go back.
That’s why my 3D-Sculpt Technique has completely revolutionised the last few months; the treatment plan is bespoke and customised to each person by adjusting my method but still following my rough favourite guide on lip augmentation and alteration.

I actually prefer Purihilo over many brands I just find the results are a lot more effective and obvious but that’s likely because of the combination composition of both 80mg HA & 25mg Polynucleotides.

Moderate humps and sloped, hardened tips are one of the hardest noses to inject ⬇️

With bridge deficits, you need to break down your sections to treat and connect the apex of the hump first. This will reduce the amount of product used, minimise risk and guide a really straight forward transformation - in 1 appointment.

Tips that are really sloped and tight in tissue are the hardest to lift because so much anatomy is pulling them down. I love layering my tip lifts on these bases to ensure that the tip does actually flick up aswell as stay flicked up.
I layer my lifts in 3 points - it’s never failed me 🫡

Once you understand how to properly approach a nose like this - you’ll never dread them again!
And trust me it’s actually way more achievable and ‘easier’ than you think. You just need the right info ❤️
