Repost! Double cleansing your skin at the end of the day is crucial when it comes to having a good skin care routine! It is extremely important to remove makeup, dirt, and pollutants that have accumulated on your skin throughout the day!

When it comes to double cleansing, I recommend using an oil based cleanser or a type of micellar water first to get rid of the initial dirt, make up & oil buildup. Secondly, after you have washed that first cleanser off, use a different cleanser (cream/thick) to get deeper into the pores and ensure any left over dirt or make up is removed. The second cleanse will allow for your following products to be able to pe*****te deeper, making them more effective.

Even if you don't wear makeup regularly, it's still important to make sure you're cleansing at the end of the day. It’s not just to remove makeup, but also dirt, sweat and pollution that accumulates on our skin during the day.

If you have dry or very sensitive skin, it is usually recommend that you should first cleanse, then follow with just a water rinse. This will help the skin not to over dry.
