I’m trialing this coffee on my low tox journey.

I love coffee and have it every day so why not try and make it less toxic and healthier.

Never judge a book by what you see on the internet.

I post quite a lot of fun posts on my grid. Posts of me out dancing with my friends. To an outsider it looks like I’m having a lot of fun, which I am.

But in reality life is tough right now and has been for a long time.

As well as being a single mum to two kids, one of which has a lot of trouble sleeping and other challenges etc, my family and I are living with the awful reality of mum having dementia. Some days are good, some not so good, some are not good at all. But today was a good day.

Music has stayed with me since a young age. I was a ballroom dancer as a kid and I used to listen to my dad’s Carpenter records and dance around the lounge. I’d always take part in the dancing and music shows when we were on holiday and at school.

So when you see videos of me out dancing and having fun; it’s not quite as simple as a night out. It’s a release. It’s something that makes me happy in a not so happy time. And I will never ever stop dancing and loving music.

Music really does make a mark on people and pass through generations.

I’m extremely lucky to have lots of amazing friends and family to support me through this time and I want to thank each and everyone of you, old and new.

It’s amazing how many new friends I have made the last 6 months via the clubbing scene who I speak to every single day and check in on me like they have been life long friends.

I want to thank you for all that you do for me. You probably have no idea how much I appreciate you all.

What an unexpected excellent night. Last minute decided to go out. The entry was cheap, the drinks were reasonable and the energy was high!
