So whilst Iโm growing my little business, Iโm working towards becoming a Level 4 sports massage therapist (currently level 3) I go to college weekly for this. I often find the more I learn the more I want to know! As well as learning more I love refreshing my existing knowledge so have been recapping my Pelvic floor and core foundations course. I re-took the exam and passed today ๐๐ป

International Womenโs Day! I am incredibly lucky and grateful to have my beautiful daughter who will change the world one day! Iโve been raised by the most amazing woman I know who is a true inspiration and a seriously perfect human.
And I canโt mention IWD without mentioning our queen, my Nana.
