Hi Everyone, I just have some things on my mind lately that I need to make everyone aware of:

No -shows: if you make your appointment online or by contacting, please let me know if you can’t attend. This can open up the booking to people who are desperate to be booked in. I have now put a deposit taking feature on the booking system to try and deter no-shows. It tends to be new clients that have never come before, my regulars as always are amazing 🥰

Deposits: Deposits for weddings are non-refundable unless there is a good excuse to cancel the wedding. I’m very reasonable and understand life is hard sometimes. However, if you just decide you don’t want to go ahead, this unfortunately is non-refundable. This not only gives you peace of mind that your date is booked but it also means that I have some security with the fact that I turn away a lot of enquiries. Deposits for bookings can go towards a reschedule which shows me that you are serious.

All deposits are taken off the final bill.

Not only do no shows cost me a lot of money and time, but there are clients who really want to book in and it means they are not able to.

I love my job and I love all my clients, but there are a few people who are affecting me and I just want to put it out there that it is super unfair to book things with no intention of turning up. I am just a small little business after all 😞 just an email or text preferable 48 hours in advance is all that is needed.
