Angi Ward and Kirsten Harder have joined together to provide fantastic pilates day retreats in exclusive locations. They are both fully qualified and have more than 20 years experience in the fitness industry.

Last minute prepping for our retreat at Gilbert White’s House tomorrow. On the itinerary: Animal flow, Pole class and back by popular demand our Partner class. Finishing off the day with some lovely relaxation. Can’t wait!!
