📢 A little note to all my wonderful clients... 💛

Due to a recent increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations, I wanted to be open and honest with you all about some small updates to my booking policy going forward.

For new clients, a 30% non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment - this has become a standard practice across the industry and will simply be deducted from your final bill.

I also want to be transparent that where a client (new or existing) has a history of no-shows or last-minute cancellations, I do reserve the right to request a deposit going forward. I'm self-employed and every missed appointment genuinely affects my livelihood - I'm sure you all understand! 💕

Lucca is facing the toughest battle of her life, and she needs our support now more than ever. Diagnosed with a rare blood cancer, she has already started chemotherapy and will soon undergo a bone marrow transplant that requires her to be isolated for weeks. The emotional toll of being separated from her daughter, Atlantis, is heartbreaking.
