Today's suggestion is super easy and simple!
Breaded chicken with oatmeal: who said you can't have anything breaded in your diet? This version of chicken breaded with oatmeal is a great option for those who want to continue their healthy eating routine, but don't want to stop eating grilled chicken.
Ingredients for Oatmeal Breaded Chicken Recipe:
( mix salad )
plain lettuce leaves
lettuce eyes
arugula leaves
watercress leaves
boiled broccoli
1 mango, diced or sliced
2 large, pre-prepared chicken breasts
1 egg
oatmeal flour
1 spoon of flaxseed flour
olive oil for grilling the breaded
salt, olive oil and lemon for the salad to taste
prepare:
cut the chicken into small fillets.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg and mix the chicken fillets, then coat in the oatmeal mixed with the flaxseed flour and grill in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil, until golden.
Meanwhile, wash the salad and place it on the plate, cook the broccoli, Chop the mango very fine and mix the leaves. Season everything to taste and serve with the chicken!

Good morning, suggestion of the day!
Tuna salad😋
Rich in protein, vitamins and minerals, tuna helps to improve metabolism and strengthen the body's cells. It's the ideal ingredient to give that boost to your salad!
Contains a variety of ingredients, but very easy to make 😉
ingredient:
1 tuna in oil (drain)
1/2 apple in cubes
1/2 small onion, diced (or grated)
1/2 can of drained peas or can of chickpeas
1/2 can of drained corn
1 diced red seedless tomato
optional - mix some lettuce leaves
Chives, cilantro and chopped parsley to taste
optional:
3 tablespoons of light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons soy sauce (coconut)
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Mix everything and serve with a green salad and enjoy.🥗🥰

😳Anti-Cellulite juice😍

1 cup of green tea
1 cup (tea) water
2 slices pineapple
1 apple
1 small carrot
3 ice stones
Method of preparation:
Heat the water and put the herb (green tea ) for 5 minutes.
Discard the leaves and let it cool.
Blend the tea with the other fruits in a blender or mixer.
Take it without straining .
advice:
If you want, you can replace the green tea with lemon juice or water.
Suggestion:
Breakfast - Snack - Pre workout

😋kiwi juice with pear
Ingredients:
1 large pear, chopped, peeled (about 1 cup)
1 large kiwi, chopped, peeled (about 1 cup)
1 cup of ice water
Sugar/sweetener to taste
Method of preparation:

This juice is one of my favorites! I love these two separate fruits and I love them together in the same juice, not to mention they are super healthy! Kiwi is a great source of Vitamin C, E, B6, potassium, magnesium, copper, phosphate and fiber. It has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, laxative effects, among others. It helps to prevent cholesterol and also cancer. Pear has vitamins A C, phosphorus, iron, calcium, magnesium. It is rich in fiber, which helps with digestion and prevents constipation, and is even used in weight loss diets. It is useful in preventing cancer, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes. It helps in the treatment of hypertension as well. The mixture of these fruits is an excellent home remedy for hormonal imbalance. 🥰

Red Smoothie!

We hear a lot about green juice, right? And I've even written about it here.
But today I brought an easy and nutritious recipe for a super red juice. Yea😃!
He is also all good and the combination of ingredients I used gives a show of vitamins!
Oranges and beets are rich in vitamins C that guarantee an antioxidant effect. Flaxseed provides the essential fats that our body needs so much. And ginger, in addition to stimulating, gives a very special taste to the combination. Try it!
Ingredients:
juice from two oranges
1 piece of ginger
1/2 cup grated beetroot
1 dessert spoon of flaxseed
ice
Blend everything in a blender and enjoy.

detox green juice
Ingredients:
2 kiwis
1 apple
1 cucumber
1 cup spinach or kale
1 handful parsley
Method of preparation
Place all the ingredients in the juicer or centrifuge. If using a blender, add 1 cup of water.
Suggestion:
Breakfast - Snack
If I had known that green juice tasted so good, I would have started drinking it when I was a kid!
Those who are not used to it may even find the color strange, but it's all a matter of habit! And I really love the taste!
I started drinking green juice at the time of my weight loss, and it was part of my diet, I lost 33 kg in 10 months.
