Paul Dansen will be talking to us about Qigong. Pronounced “chi gong,” qi gong is an internal process that has external movements. Qi means “life force,” the energy that powers our body and spirit. It was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of traditional Chinese medicine and involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being.
