On a serious note, my house is like an oven apart from the ground floor which is lovely and cool. As you can see Roo has taken full advantage of this and has been taking refuge and greeting the customers 😊
Occasionally Jessy may join too and can be a bit of a k**b but don't worry, she's harmless!

QUESTION.........

Can I have a show of hands please, if I were to run some small group strengthening/ rehab sessions (area specific each week).... would anyone be interested in coming?
I was thinking, for those with recent/ previous injuries struggling with pain and weakness it could be beneficial :)

Father's day!!! It's only a few days away. But you still have time to purchase a voucher for them from the kids 😊 you do listen to him whinge about his aches and pains long enough 😆 time to do something about it!...unless he's in the dog house, then no vouchers for him! 😄
