✨️ There is still some availability this Saturday if you would love to have a treatment but finances make this tricky. I offer these sessions to make holistic therapies an option for all. You can pay what is comfortable for you and enjoy Ayurvedic Yoga Massage or Reflexology.

Are you feeling in need of rest, rebalancing and deep relaxation? Solstice Holistic Therapies offers treatments to support ease in the body, calm the nervous system and quieten the mind.

☀️Ayurvedic Yoga Massage- A deeply nourishing and grounding treatment which is floor-based, on a heated futon mat, combining deep tissue massage, oil and calamus powder, assisted stretches, tractions and mobilisations, and use of the breath. This promotes calm and addresses discomfort in the body, relieving tension and improving posture. Hands, knees, elbows and feet are used to achieve an effective massage pressure and the session is adapted to your needs on the day.

☀️Reflexology- A gentle and soothing treatment involving pressure applied to stimulate reflex points on the feet (or hands or ears) to encourage balance and natural functioning in the corresponding systems and organs of the body. Reflexology can help to reduce feelings of stress, improve sleep and mood, and provide support with physical issues and overall wellbeing. This treatment is received while relaxing in a reclining chair with cosy blankets.

My calming treatment space is located at Artemis Sowerby Bridge . There are some steep stairs in this lovely building- if this would be difficult for you, please contact me to discuss alternatives.
