I have been trained in brows for 7 years and last year I upgraded to HD! So here is a little explanation on what it is.

HD Brows (High Definition Brows) is a bespoke, 7-step, in-salon eyebrow styling treatment designed to create perfectly defined, customized brows, not a one-size-fits-all shape. The process typically involves consultation, custom-blended tinting, waxing, threading, plucking, and finishing, lasting about 45 minutes and offering results that endure for 4-6 weeks.

I will be offering a combination deal with lash lifts once this deal is over.

So, what is the Shade Society and who are we? ✨

We are a brand new tanning room, We’re based in 36 Eastgate Street, in a private room dedicated to spray tanning. We’ve made it as comfortable and private as possible to ensure you get the full tan experience, unlike the hassle of spray tan tents at home. We wanted to create a tanning membership for those serious tanners, or for those who are beginners but still want to enjoy a one-off tan for special occasions.

The science bit! But it’s important ✨

We know that sunbeds are bad because they emit concentrated ultraviolet (UV) radiation that damages skin cells and DNA, significantly increasing the risk of melanoma and other skin cancers, even with limited use. They also cause premature skin aging, wrinkles, and damage, weaken the immune system, and can lead to sunburn and eye damage. There are no safe ways to use sunbeds, and any tan obtained from them is a sign of skin damage. So why not enjoy a year-round tan that you can change the shade of to suit the occasion?

Who will be doing my tan ?

Spray tans are carried out by us, and . We’ve both worked in the salon for a while now and, if you’re a regular, you’ve probably met us already! We’ve completed an in-depth course on tanning and, after much research, chose to train with the best in the business .

The best part? Tans are offered 7 days a week! We offer day and evening hours to suit your schedule.

If you’re self-conscious, please don’t worry. We’re welcoming of every body shape, and we practice strict client confidentiality with client pictures and appointments.
