After much thought and reflection, both Tracy and I have decided it’s time to take our businesses in new directions. While I will no longer be working from Cloud 9, I’m excited to focus more on my side of my work, and Tracy will continue to dedicate herself to her passion for hair styling.

Having run my own businesses for over 30 years, I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has supported me on my journey. Your encouragement and trust have meant so much, and I’m looking forward to this next chapter.

Taking over the beauty side of Cloud 9 in 2022 allowed me to bring my expertise in holistic therapies, well-being, medical nutrition, and M.E.T. physiotherapy & Beauty services to the salon while freeing Tracy to concentrate solely on her outstanding hair styling. It has been such a rewarding experience working alongside her as co-owners of Cloud 9, and I’m deeply grateful for the partnership we’ve shared.

To Tracy, especially, thank you—it’s been an honor to share this journey with you. Here’s to exciting new beginnings for both of us and continued growth.

December 31st will mark my last day as co owner of Cloud 9. However, all January bookings will be honored at the salon by me.

As a fully qualified Holistic Therapist and Medical Nutritionist, I am also a Level 3 Beauty Therapist, Level 3 Makeup Artist, Level 3 Nail Technician, Spa Therapist, Skincare Specialist, and Eyebrow and Lash Artist. A full list of my services will be posted soon.

My Journey Back to Health

Let me share my story. I was fit and healthy throughout my 40s and early 50s, but everything changed after 2020. Hormones, the pandemic, and poor habits caught up with me. By my 56th birthday, I had gone from a size 6 in my forties to a size 14/16. I felt awful—sick, unhealthy, old, and unhappy. My teeth were deteriorating, my skin was sagging and wrinkled, and I didn’t recognize the person I’d become.

How did this happen to me, a professional nutritionist and well-being consultant? The truth is, I got lazy. I wasn’t following my own advice.

In August of this year, I decided enough was enough. I put a plan into action, and here’s what happened:

I went from 12 stone to 9 stone.

I lost 6.5 inches off my waist.

I feel strong, healthy, and fabulous.

My teeth are sorted, my skin is radiant, and I feel younger than I have in years.
