What is a Consulatation? 🗣️🧡

A Consultation is an appointment we have where we are able to have a quick look at your hairs status and assess the best approach for your hair wants and needs.✨

Your stylist will look at your hair, ask you a few quick questions and if needed, do a patch test for colour treatments🖌️

Once you are both happy, and have agreed on a result, you are then able to book an appointment with our reception team.

We make every effort to ensure that our consultations are as comfortable for our clients as possible.

Please Note: If you have previously had your hair done your stylists and you have already booked in for an appointment, this consultation may be at the start of a pre-booked appointment, or if it is a simple haircut/ hair maintenance then this may not be required. 🧡

Rest assured, sanitation is our priority.

One of our top priorities in the salon, as well as making your hair look gorgeous, is ensuring our salon floor does too👀

Sanitation provides a healthy environment for all those within our salon, working with chemicals, this is a non-negotiable for us at Francesco Hair Academy.

This means that mirrors, dividers, floors and surfaces are all wiped down and sanitised.
