Lauren & myself both have holidays coming up within the next 2 weeks and we can only fit so many clients in within a working week, without the extra hours we are doing to get everyone fitted in.
Therefore changing appointment times and days are basically off limits unless we have had a cancellations.
We would do anything and everything we possibly can to fit clients in but there’s only so much we can do.
So please , if you need to change your appointment time to a different day please understand that we are most probably not going to be able to do this.

Also with this being said , we still have a cancellation policy in place ,
For any treatments over an hour long we will be charged 50% of the treatments price if cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment time !

This year has be a hard one , from staff change, to a salon break in and bigger bills 😫 having your own business at times is tough but without our wonderful , loyal clientele it wouldn’t be possible, so thank you ❤️
