As most of you are aware I my self am on holiday for Christmas from 22rd December. The salon is open short days with our stylist Jen from the 23rd - 24th and Jennie is fully booked these days if you urgently need to cancel an appointment for either of these days please ring the salon and leave a message.
I shall be turning the call divert off while I am away on holiday to indulge in Christmas fully. I will be turning it back on on Wednesday 5th January when we resume usual opening hours.
Any booking related enquiries we will pick up form the 5th January. (As always we only return calls to people who leave a message) Thank you for your patience and understanding.
May I take this moment to wish all our wonderful clients a Merry Christmas 🎄 and a happy new year 🥳 thank you all for your continued loyal support we are so grateful 😊 eat, drink be merry and most of all Safe. Much love.

Hi All

A little reminder that both Jen and I are now on annual leave until we reopen on Wednesday 1st September, the salon will be closed from now until then.
Only callers who leave voicemails on the salon phone with a brief message will be returned from our reopening date.
Please feel free to message and we will get back to you once our break is over, but please be aware we are not amending bookings or taking new ones until our return.

Good Sunny Afternoon All ☀️

Just a little update in relation to the possible change of rules as of Monday 19th July.

We regret that Jen and I will still be wearing our face masks/coverings as from next week following the recent figures and spike in cases.
After a long hard discussion we feel it’s also best for our guests in the salon to do so too based on the amount of isolation cancelations and clients testing positive this week alone.

This isn’t a decision we have taken lightly as we know ourselves how uncomfortable ppe can be in the heat yet we feel it is essential in our close working to yourselves for us and your safety.
You will still be expected to bring with you a face mask (disposable preferably) to your appointment and wear it for the duration of your stay in the salon.

May I also remind people to arrive to your appointment punctually but not to enter the salon until your appointment time unless otherwise prompted to do so by us. We would like to prevent unnecessary numbers and excess contact with others and keep mixing to a minimum with in the salon environment.

I appreciate your cooperation on this topic and will expect all clients except the exempt to participate in keeping Jen and I and our families and yours safe and able to remain open to beautify your locks for as long as possible.

We did it! After 2 months and numerous set backs we have finally finished the refurb on the salon and couldn’t be happier with how it looks. A few minor changes to be made here and there but we’re 99% of the way there and can’t wait to be back.

Reminder of the rules related to Covid:
✨ Please arrive to your appointment promptly and alone. As you can imagine we’re going to be extremely busy for the foreseeable future so it is important you arrive on time.
✨ Please observe our rules in the salon by wearing a face mask prior to entering (disposable if you are booked in for a colour appointment) and sanitising your hands on entry to the salon.
✨ We have a new coffee corner, so please feel free to help yourself to a hot drink in a disposable cup (tea and hot chocolate included!), but please do remember to use the hand sanitiser before and after using.
✨ Most of all please remember to enjoy your appointment. We’ve all waited a long time for this moment and want more than ever to make sure you enjoy being pampered by us. You deserve it.

We’re starting to sell products so should have a good stock of your favourites should you want to give yourself the salon look in between appointments.

We have complete phase one of rebooking people into the first week which is now booked up entirely and we eagerly await what DIY fixes are coming our way.
We still have a huge amount of jobs to do at the salon over the next coming days prior to opening so we will be there but our booking system will not be just yet so please refrain from stopping by to book. I assure you you will be contacted in due course with an appointment either this weekend or next weekend.
