I’ve been making an effort to generally be a bit healthier.

What have a learnt? That I have absolutely no will power 😂

However I have managed a complete sugar detox followed by introducing only ‘healthy’ sugars back in and now I’m definitely more mindful about what I’m eating.

Small changes (barely noticeable) and I have lost over an inch off my waist and tummy in a few weeks. Maybe now I’ll try to get some will power and make some major progress 🤔 oh and add some cardio in!

We made it! ….
Through the first full week of starting school 😅
