As always your safety is our priority!

🎀 We have yet again devised a rota to limit the number of people in the salon at any one time. This allows us to work efficiently and effectively and follow social distancing guidelines. This means we are open 6 days a week, three late nights and a super early Saturday morning - also allowing us to fit you in at a time to suit you!

🎀 Two metres social distancing will be in place in communal areas.

🎀 We will be asking all guests to wear a face mask during their appointments. We will be wearing face masks, visors and aprons at all times.

🎀 Hand sanitiser is placed at all touch points throughout the salon for your use. We kindly ask that everyone uses the sanitiser on the wall next to the entrance door before entry.

🎀 Our track and trace QR code is up on the wall and we kindly ask that you scan this before entry. We would be happy to help if you need any assistance with this.

🎀 Fresh, eco friendly, disposable towels are used every guest every time. These come in a freshly sanitised pack.

🎀 A freshly laundered and sanitised gown is used every guest every time. These are cleansed at 60°c using .uk laundry cleanser.

🎀 All surfaces are cleaned thoroughly in between each guest. Our cleaning regime is vigorous. Each day we decant fresh concentrate into the spray bottles found on each unit. This is for ease of reach and use every guest every time. We have also invested in better cleaning cloths to reduce drying time.

🎀 We kindly ask that all guests pay by card where possible. This is to reduce touch contact and limit the risk of spreading the virus.

🎀 Please do not attend your appointment if you have any symptoms of covid 19 found on website and have not had a test. We kindly ask that you message us in advance to let us know and we will reschedule your appointment.

🎀 Team Bows will have access to rapid tests and will be testing regularly for your reassurance and safety.

Wahoooo! It’s been confirmed we’re good to go! It’s party time! We can officially open on 12th April!! We cannot wait to see each and every single one of you! Whether it’s a fringe trim, a full head foils or simply a backwash treatment and a blow dry - get booked in. Treat yourself and feel good!
