🔥 100lb Transformation 🔥

Online clients Luis, Ross & Jacob have collectively gained just under 100lbs of bodyweight between them in their time of us working together.

Coincidentally enough, all of these guys began their programmes around the same time & to witness these guys progress & come to achieve what they have has most certainly been a highlight in my time as a coach.

After sitting down with the 3, it was simply the case of not knowing where to start and all had found it long challenging to gain weight & see any progress from their previous time spent in the gym. With this in mind, I devised a suitable training and nutrition programme for each and began monitoring their progress in the gym.

Within the matter of weeks, Luis, Ross & Jacob began to find their stride. Week upon week, training performance was advancing fast - which I actively monitored via their training log, a dramatic increase in bodyweight and noticeable physical changes every week.

Strong support systems were in place to ensure they kept on track in times of struggle and we held them to a high standard throughout, working on making better decisions, becoming more organised and being fully accountable.

And over the course of 16 weeks, we applied the above principles, gave Luis, Ross & Jacob something that was actionable, maintainable, and so far has allowed them to gain an average of over 30lbs each.

These guys are where they are because they made the decision, to reach out and ask for help, and was ready to leave no stone unturned in their quest to improve their health, and build a physique to be proud of.
