Im still here its just been a little crazy 🤪 and haven't posted in a while . Its just a little manic at the min . Had the most gorgeous start to my day . Is there anything better than doing a facial or massage in a thunderstorm. Its just a different vibe loving that we've had two today just magical!
Its one of the thigs I miss about my home land . So to have the window open the lights dimmed . The smell of essential oils lingering. All whilst the rain dances and thor plays ! 😆😆😆 Im in my element.

This month is a focus on wellbeing at Inspire. I sent an email out on Monday . My usual little catch you know just checking in .

Ive noticed this year a lot of my humans just really struggling with adulting . I mean it just keeps on coming right. We overload ourselves way more than we should . I mean im a nightmare for doing this. Equally im getting so much better at trying to escape it all . And you really have make a little time . For each of you that can look so different. For us today we were chasing waterfalls . For you it may be a quite cuppa.
Locking yourself in the bathroom ( the mums may get this! ) . Or booking a holiday what ever it is carve it out . One thing im learning is . Slowing down isn't weakness.
