It’s been a lip enhancement kind of day… 💋✨

This was my lovely patient’s first experience with dermal filler, and what a beautiful result.

We used RHA1 to create a soft, natural enhancement while respecting her unique lip anatomy. Due to the shape of the lips and the space we wanted to restore, we initially used 1.5ml to achieve the best balance and definition.

As with all of my treatments, we’ll reassess everything in 2 weeks to check how the filler has settled, assess symmetry, and determine if any refinements are needed.

This transformation was especially meaningful to me, as I’ve known this beautiful girl since she was a baby. It was finally her time for a little facial sculpting.

Our goal was facial balancing, enhancing her natural features while keeping everything beautifully subtle. We sculpted the jawline, added projection to the chin, and finished with a small amount of volume to the lips.

This is the first stage of our personalised treatment plan, and what a beautiful start it is.

During this appointment we:
💉 Restored volume through the mid-cheek
💉 Softened the nasolabial folds and marionette lines
💉 Lifted the jowl area using PDO threads to improve definition and support

This treatment plan has been carefully designed to restore, lift and rejuvenate while maintaining a natural, refreshed appearance.

We’ll review the results in two weeks before completing the second stage of treatment, allowing everything to settle perfectly before making any final refinements.
