Struggling to sleep? 🤯

Sleep is vital for our bodies to work properly and lack of it can lead to chronic diseases and conditions. Hello all! Therapists have been told that they can now go back to work from Monday 13th BUT don’t get too excited just yet.

I'm waiting for further guidance from my insurance and professional bodies, and I'll then need to get equipment and processes in place.

Once all of these things have become clear I will set a date and invite you back into my practice 😊

Hey all! We have been busy since lockdown, here is my bunch tending to our bees ready to make lovely products and medicinal ointments ready for whenever these restrictions end.

I’ve had lots of enquiries over the past few days but unfortunately massage and bodywork therapists have not been given the green light to work YET! Let’s be patient and stay safe~ I want to do my job with confidence and happiness, with the wellbeing of my clients priority 😄

I’ve missed you all! I’ve missed your stories, figuring out your aches and pains, those serene ahhhhh’s and contributing to your relaxation and wellbeing. I hope to see you all soon and the moment I get the green light I’ll be in touch. I can’t wait! 😊

~botanical facial micro treatment~
Add an extra indulgence onto your massage treatment and opt for a micro facial, using pressure point stimulation, micro-movements and natural organic home made products.

I had a super busy day, my daughter broke her foot in two places, I had swimming lessons, work emails and a full schedule. I’d planned on going out for weeks so I wanted to feel my best..... With a limpet of a child around my ankles and a ticking clock I spent 10 mins on myself!

Here I have used bentonite clay with Rosehip seed oil, mallow root and comfrey oil. (Thank you summer foraging!), this blend is a cleanser and exfoliator for busy ladies- the pigments in the cleanser also act as an emollient leaving your skin soft and glowing! This blend is fabulous for irritated or weather damaged skin.

I then used a heavier oil to moisturise as I wanted to use that as a priming base for my foundation. I used Organic Baobab, sea buckhorn, Rosehip and geranium.

My facials are always organic, cold pressed and ethically sourced. I try to use native ingredients where possible. I also forage and source many ingredients myself ☺️

I didn’t have time to wash my hair so I used a dry shampoo made from bentonite, seaweed and cinnamon (I’m a brunette!). This takes away that greasy sheen and gives your tresses a beautiful tone and texture.
