During the clients consultation I found the client had super soft fine hair due to this we decided to use 0.5g bonds to prevent overloading her natural hair unnecessarily. Using heavy amounts of hair can compromise the natural hairs integrity by using lighter bonds this will prevent traction alopecia.

Rule of thumb I have always been taught never adapt or compromise your clients natural hair for extensions you adapt extensions to your clients hair.
