I just wanted to give you all a quick update regarding the products I’ll be using going forward.

Due to the recent ban on TPO, I’ve unfortunately noticed a drop in retention with The Gel Bottle BIAB. As a result, I’ve made the decision to move away from it for now, as providing long lasting, high quality results is always my top priority for you all.

This change will only affect my BIAB girls, all gel colours will be staying exactly the same 💖

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be trialling a selection of different brands to find the best possible alternatives that meet my standards (and yours too!). I really appreciate your patience while I go through this process.

If you experience any issues at all with your nails, lifting, chipping, or anything you’re unsure about please don’t hesitate to send me a message and I’ll be more than happy to help 💕

As many of you may have seen, there has been an official ban on the use of TPO (Trimethylbenzoyl Diphenylphosphine Oxide) in gel products within the EU.

This change is part of updated cosmetic safety regulations designed to ensure products meet the highest safety standards for both clients and nail professionals.

What does this mean for you?

✨ Your safety remains my top priority.
✨ Reputable brands have reformulated to remain compliant.
✨ I only use products that meet current regulations and safety guidelines.

I currently use The GelBottle Inc, who have reformulated their products to align with the new regulations. While there has been some industry discussion about performance with new formulas, I personally have not experienced any issues with wear or lifting in my work.

As always, I continuously monitor product performance. If I ever felt that quality or longevity was compromised, I would not hesitate to review and change brands to ensure I’m delivering the best results possible.
