Cancellation & Deposit Policy

At Hair by Katiee , we value your time and strive to provide the best possible service to every client. To ensure fairness and availability for all, we have implemented the following booking, deposit, and cancellation policy.

Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Deposit amounts will vary depending on the service booked and will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• Deposits will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
• We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
• If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment if sufficient notice is given.

Late Arrivals
• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment.
• In some cases, this may result in losing your deposit.

No-Shows
• Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit.
• Repeat no-shows may require full payment upfront for future bookings.

Refunds
• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• If we need to cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a new booking.

Agreement
By booking an appointment with Hair by Katiee , you agree to this cancellation and deposit policy.
