Starting in January with little gym knowledge Courtney has smashed it and now built sustainable habits to help her reach her goals.

Courtney shows up every single week to train with me 2x per week and also trains outside of the gym with workouts set on the app to help her reach her goals. She has a great attitude and consistently puts in the effort. Hitting all workouts, macro goals and steps needed to progress. Her dedication is really paying off, as she’s getting stronger with every session and steadily losing weight, already hitting an incredible milestone of 1 stone down📉

The results are clear to see, and it’s exciting to think about how much more she’s going to achieve as she keeps building on this momentum. Unreal effort courtney! Well done👏🏽
