i will NEVER stop banging on about spf and how important it is every day, and even more so during weather like this. it is probably the cheapest investment you can make to prevent aging. you can have all the microneedling, peels and laser you want but if you’re smashing the sunbeds or going out without protecting your skin, sorry but you’re literally undoing everything you’ve paid for🥲🥲🥲

small wins i guess?? I entered a 10k two months ago, couldn’t train properly for about 3 weeks as pulled my TFL, reduced my run to the 5k, didn’t take my water bladder on the run as i assumed there would be water stations and there wasn’t 😂😂, did the last 2k with stitch and no music 😂😂😂😂 god loves a trier # # #
