Missed appointments

Rant incoming!

Recently we have had a lot of no shows! This is a massive loss for myself, I’m still having to buy stock as well as pay wages for appointments that aren’t going ahead with no notice so other customers could have taken these appointments.

Unfortunately I have been left with no choice but to add a deposit to every colour that books in from today! A £10-£20 deposit will be taken upon booking and will be taken off your final price on the day. If another colour is rebooked the deposit will need to be paid again to secure the appointment.

I hate to have to do this but I also can’t run a business on a loss. I’m working two jobs, running myself into the ground and missing time with my family to keep my little business running.

I don’t ask a lot but a simple message to say you won’t be attending your appointment is all I am asking.

From tomorrow 27th April I will be starting my new role away from the salon for 5 weeks training.

Hayley will only be working Saturdays but the other girls will be in throughout the week. Please remember replies may be slow throughout this period as I won’t have the salon diary.

All available appointments with Hayley and the other girls will be posted! Please keep your eyes peeled.
