As a small local buisness, we just want to come on to say thank you to all our loyal customers and everyone who’s been supporting us all these years.

We unserstand that these days money is an issue everything is increasing and it can be a struggle.

Prices are set and customers are the one who decides on what they want to do. We have services that are abit higher and also services that are more affordable…the option is YOURS

PLEASE pick services that are in your
‘Price range’! Happened to too many times where customers would go get cash out and NOT return.
(If there’s any problem as if not happy/ should be spoken up during the appointment)
We are here to help and change.. please don’t use that as an excuse if anything.

Us being a service provider, a small family business, the service we provide are out of our time and hard work.

-We have CCTV that are running 24/7.
We do not wish to post anyone upon the page however if needed so we need to alart other nails salons to avoid the same situation that we had to go through. (As this happen very often)

I just want to post this out here, because this is going to effect our business.

I just want to say this is very upsetting for both her and US.
It’s upsetting that this would ever happened to anyone,
However personal life’s PLEASE don’t bring it upon us..
We are only doing our job!
Sometimes not everyone English is enough to hold a full conversation we are trying very hard. This does not mean that we are rude or ignorant.

We need our clients to understand
Conversation helds between clients and the technicians that IS doing your service. Other technicians may not heard or payed attentions.

SALON POLICY

Dear customers,

Our Salon Policy is to protect the customer rights and guarantee our services .
The hard copy is displayed in our Salon and available on your request .

We also would like to inform the main points that you need to be aware before booking or coming to our salon for the service(s) .

GUARANTEE
1. Traditional polish is not guaranteed
2. Enhancement / Gel polish services are Only guaranteed for 72 hrs from your visit . Within this time frame , if any problem due to the technical , please get in touch with us to schedule your free repair . If you can not come back within the free repair period, please still inform us and book an appointment at your most convenient .
3. We will not be responsible for any breakage , infection or damage nails after you Leave the salon .
REFUND
1. No cash refund will be given After you have left the salon .
2. If you have any problem concern to the service , staff .., please inform us at the till point .
3. If you paid and left the salon , we will consider that you accepted and were happy with the complete result of the service / staff .
4. No refund will be given just because you simply changed your mind .
NOTES :

>Inform the salon if you have any allergy related to any chemical / substances Before having any service(s)
>Inform the salon immediately if you have any concern that you have any infection / reaction/ condition with respect to your nails .
> We will not take the any responsibilities for the loss of your personal belonging while you are having the service(s) in our salon .
