A quick update for those who’ve been following along here.

I’ve created a new home for my educational content, behind-the-scenes work, and the occasional personal post. That’s where you’ll find me sharing what I’m learning, what I’m working on, and the honest conversations about aesthetic medicine that I think matter.

This account will continue as the clinic page for Infinity Aesthetics London, focused on treatments, results, and everything related to the practice itself.

If you’ve been here for the teaching side of things, I’d love to see you over at .
Thank you for being part of this journey so far.

Most of the damage I treat wasn’t caused by time…

When I show clients their skin under our Observ scanner, they often expect to see damage from stress, lack of sleep, or simply getting older. What we actually see is the cumulative effect of UV exposure that started decades ago.
The good news? Protection works. And it’s never too late to start preserving what you have.
If you’re spending money on treatments but skipping SPF, you’re essentially filling a bucket with a hole in it.
The foundation of any anti-ageing strategy isn’t a device or an injectable. It’s consistent, daily protection.
What’s your current SPF routine? 👇

The Botox DOTS people post are MEANINGLESS ❌

Your facial muscles don’t follow a template. The position, strength and insertion points vary hugely from person to person. What lifts one brow does nothing for another. I need to watch how your face actually moves before I place a single unit. That requires assessment, not an Instagram diagram.

Good content isn’t the same as good medicine.

How many syringes do you need to lift the face 1mm⁉️
The research suggests around 7️⃣ syringes for each millimetre of lift⬆️. But if you specifically want to address the jowls, that number climbs to 15!
Per side.
This isn’t to say filler has no place in facial rejuvenation — it absolutely does, particularly for restoring lost volume. But when the goal is genuine lifting and tissue tightening, we need to be honest about what different treatments can realistically achieve.
Understanding this helps us choose the right tool for the right job.
If you’re curious about which approach might work best for your concerns, the link in my bio is where to start.

If you’re considering treatment for ageing around your eyes, filler probably shouldn’t be your first step.

Comment LASER for my pdf guide

The evidence for laser is compelling: studies show up to 90% of patients achieve visible skin tightening around the periorbital area with fractional laser protocols. We’re stimulating your own collagen, restoring firmness to tissue that’s lost its structure over time.

Polynucleotides? They have a role, but the published data simply doesn’t match the claims you’ll see online. For genuine skin quality and tightening, laser remains the gold standard.
Build the foundation first. Then, if volume is still an issue, you can consider filler with far better results.

It’s disappointing to see this kind of content when we’re trying to elevate aesthetics as a medical speciality.

Waggling a “collagen thread” around your glabella won’t stimulate meaningful collagen production. The skin doesn’t work that way.

If building collagen were this simple, we wouldn’t need biostimulators, lasers, or radiofrequency devices backed by decades of clinical research.

Your face deserves better than social media theatre.

What’s the most questionable trend you’ve seen lately? Drop it below - I might address it next.

⚠️ Polynucleotides DON’T lift your face.

The research shows modest improvements in hydration and skin texture. Subtle changes, not facial lifting.
Skin quality? Potentially.
Facial structure? NO

When you see those dramatic “vector” demonstrations, the only thing being repositioned is the truth.

What’s been your experience? Drop a comment below.

The reality of aesthetic medicine? Less award ceremonies and Dubai, more 5am coffee and train platforms ☕️

Here’s an honest look at what running a clinic actually involves for me – the early starts whilst Sally and the boys are still asleep, the commute from Wales to London, the focused clinical work, and the admin that happens long after most people have switched off for the evening.✨

It’s not particularly glamorous, but it’s genuine. And despite the miles and the unconventional hours, I wouldn’t have it any other way 💉

Your premium serum isn’t fixing your skin - here’s why 🔍

The facial scanner reveals something most people don’t realise: you’re not dealing with one problem. You’ve got surface pigment, deep UV damage, broken vessels, volume loss and texture issues - all at different layers.

One product can’t fix problems at multiple depths ❌ This is why even expensive skincare disappoints.

I map treatments to target each layer with the right tool 🎯 laser for vessels and pigment at depth, strategic filler for volume, retinol for surface maintenance. Assessment-driven strategy, not guesswork.

So the real question is: do you actually know what you’re treating? 💡

Morpheus8 can melt facial fat if done wrong ‼️🚨

Most practitioners don’t understand the layered anatomy of your face. They work superficially, chasing texture.

But here’s what happens when you go too deep or too aggressive without precise anatomical knowledge: you can liquefy fat pads that support your facial structure. That’s permanent volume loss in areas that need fullness.

Morpheus8 is brilliant when it’s mapped correctly, following the natural architecture of your tissues and respecting the depth of each zone. Done with precision, it tightens skin and stimulates collagen without compromising the fat compartments that maintain your youthful shape.

The difference between a lifted result and a hollow one? Understanding what sits where, and knowing exactly how deep to treat.

If you’re considering Morpheus8, make sure your practitioner can explain their anatomical approach before you book.

Who’s the new doctor joining us in Marylebone?🧐

A quick-fire round with Dr Vee — because before she officially joins our London clinic on Thursdays, I thought you should get to know the doctor behind the precision.

She’s skilled, thoughtful, and has that rare blend of technical expertise and artistic eye that makes treatment results look quietly elegant. 🎨💉

We had some fun filming this one - and I can’t wait for you to meet her in person soon.

You’ve probably heard of Profhilo – but not this one.

Profhilo Structura is the next evolution.
It doesn’t fill or freeze – it rebuilds.

Perfect if you’re not keen on filler but want a little natural lift through the mid-face, while still improving skin hydration, elasticity, and glow.
It’s subtle, medical, and beautifully natural – the kind of result that makes people say, “You look well,” without knowing why.

Get in touch to find out how easy this treatment really is!
