Wow… what an incredible moment.

When I opened Morgan Lloyd Hair back in 2018, I simply wanted to create a salon where people felt welcomed, cared for and left feeling like the very best version of themselves. To now be standing here as Swansea Life Salon of the Year 2026 is something I could only have dreamed of.

Thank you for choosing us, trusting us, recommending us to your family and friends, voting for us and supporting us year after year. You are the heart of this salon, and this award belongs to every single one of you as much as it does to us.

To my incredible team :
I honestly don’t have the words. Over the last few months, while I’ve been away in flight school , you have looked after Morgan Lloyd Hair with the same love, professionalism and dedication that I would have hoped for. You’ve supported one another, looked after our clients and continued to deliver the exceptional standard that makes this salon so special.

Watching from afar and seeing the salon continue to flourish has made me unbelievably proud, and this award is a reflection of every early morning, late finish, every smile, every colour, every cut and every little act of kindness that happens within these walls every day.

I’m also incredibly grateful to Carly for leading the team and ensuring everything has continued to run so seamlessly.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. Winning this award for the second time is a milestone we’ll cherish forever, but more than anything, it’s a reminder of the wonderful community we’ve built together.
