CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT POLICY

At Alive & Klippin, we value your time and our stylists’ schedules. To ensure fairness and the best service for all clients, the following policy applies:

DEPOSITS

A deposit of £50 is required to secure all colour appointments.

Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to reschedule if notice is given in line with our cancellation policy.

CANCELLATIONS

Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in your deposit being forfeited.

No-shows will forfeit the full deposit.

RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling is subject to stylists availability.

LATE ARRIVALS

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling. Your deposit will not be secure if we have to reschedule your appointment and another deposit will need to be paid for the rescheduled appointment.

Thank you for respecting our policy. Your deposit helps us provide high-quality service and ensures that all clients have a fair opportunity to book appointments.

If there is a no show to an appointment we will then ask you to pay for any further appointments in advance and then the cancelling and rescheduling policy will apply
