Happy new year to all my lovely clients. Sorry Iβve been soooo quiet on here but, a big Thank you all so much for keeping me a busy little bee! January is taking off to a very strong start π which again I need to thank you all for.
I have been getting a lot of messages and calls for available appointments and while I will always try my best to get you in asap please be aware there may be a wait especially for evening and weekend appointments.
Some of you Iβve already mentioned this to and as much as Iβve strived to keep my prices the same since I began my little venture there will be a slight price increase from the end of January. I hope you all understand. As we all know everything has gone up in price π and although Iβve held off a price increase for as long as I have, I now need to bring them in line with increased costs.

Apologies Iβve been so quiet on here recently, itβs been all go behind the scenes doing the extra towards gaining my level 4 qualification whilst still teaching my fitness classes and doing the mobile massages..... finally, my practical assessment is passed, two theory based work books completed and Iβm now on the final stretch of the third...The end is in site!! ππ»ππ»

Maintenance Massage...So what is it and why might it be of benefit to you?
Simply a maintenance massage is a regularly-scheduled massage that you come in for regardless of whether or not you are feeling any pain or tension on that particular day.
The aim of a maintenance massage is to check what is happening with your muscles and address any niggles that may be building up before they start to cause problems/issues. It is also a good opportunity to check historic problems, assess major muscle groups, and talk about stretches and or exercises that may be of benefit to you. Each appointment will be specifically tailored to your requirements/needs.
There is no set time frame for having a maintenance massage; they can be anytime from every two weeks up to every two to three months. It really depends on the individual. However, the most popular time frame for most maintenance massage clients is every 4 to 6 weeks.
Maintenance massages can be of benefit to everyone, not just people who exercise or train regularly for a particular sport. They can benefit anyone who finds themselves doing repetitive movements that over time increase muscle tension and can lead to pain. This can include office workers, those who have stressful or physical jobs or those with young children.
For sports people, incorporating maintenance massages into your training routine can help to loosen muscles that have been overworked and identify any problems that may be building up before they start to impact on your performance.
