Well I did it…!!!
Many of you know that my husband Chris was diagnosed with prostate cancer last year which spurred me on to start fundraising for Prostate Cancer UK by running Race for Life 10k in Plymouth… well today I did it!!!
I only started running in January so I’m feeling very proud of myself.
My biggest motivation is to get people talking about this disease and encouraging ALL men to get tested; Chris didn’t have many symptoms (just getting up in the night for a wee…who doesn’t 🤷‍♀️) so please prompt your husbands, brothers, partners, sons, dads… to get a PSA blood test, it MIGHT save a life xx

The outside of the salon is now finished and I absolutely love it… 😍xx

I’m going to be running 10k on May 31st to raise money and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK.
This amazing charity has supported us through Chris’s Prostate Cancer journey and their research will have saved many, many lives over the years…
