And yesterday as I prepped for teaching my first BodyFix Method peeps Saturday. I paused
I’ve worked as hard as everyone else, who has had a tiny day dream image in the brain.
And then worked solid to make it a real life vision.
What you don’t see online- are the doubts, tears, financial strain, mistakes and more worries 😅
I didn’t have the usual support or belief people often gave in the world.
But along the way I met strangers that within 1hr had given me more than many had, that had been around me for years.
TBH I think these ambitions are a form of individual’journey’
BodyFix has grown and evolved with me as a Leanne.
As you can see
When I started out.
We were living day to day survival, maybe on a good week. Week to week. Dinner for me lots of times - we’re whatever the kids left.
I had the responsibility of every school run, pick up & drop off. Every assembly, play, sports day, harvest festival or play date to juggle.
Mummy worked & built business around it.
It was a team effort between the kids & I.
They had to have their dinner in Tupperware in noisy gyms. Or sat in the car sulking that they were bored.
The guilt. The financial worry. The Fear. The lack of choice.
Go me up every morning. Even during some of the hardest times of my life.
The first year of business was the same year I divorced and lost my Nan.
I’d drop the kids to school and head to the gym for work and the guys there, were starting to teach me how to lift !! 💪
During that period I’d wake up everyone morning with a tremmer, shaking , vibrating and adrenaline just firing round my body. I couldn’t eat, I’d often be sick through nerves or fear. And my body would tremble all day
I lived like that for a long time.
Training was the only time it stopped.
I think we’d call that anxiety or a breakdown now days. We didn’t back then.
And I had no one to tell that could help.
So The BodyFix Method journey began
And tomorrow it starts - real life !
