Massage for the client…who uses their arms a lot

This client came in with tension in his upper back and shoulders.
But during the consultation I noticed he uses his arms a lot in his daily work and life.
So I asked if I could include some work on his arms.
As the arms started to release… the tension in his back started to ease too.

Sometimes the area that feels tight… is not the real source of the tension.

Massage for the client…who hated leg massage

This client came in asking for work only on her back.

But knowing her lifestyle, I suggested including the legs too. She was hesitant because she’d had a bad experience with leg massage before.
After a little trust and communication, we went for a full-body treatment — and she ended up loving it.
Sometimes the area that needs attention most…isn’t the area causing the discomfort.
