Today I turn 46, and if I'm honest... I'm feeling a little emotional. ❤️ (Well... I am a Cancer after all! 😂)

Another year older, another year wiser (most of the time 😉), and another year of learning that life isn't about having everything perfect. It's about appreciating the little moments that quietly become our biggest memories.

When I look back, I don't just see years passing—I see lessons, growth, courage, love, heartbreak, laughter, late nights, early mornings, risks I was scared to take, dreams that came true, and dreams I'm still chasing.

I've built a business I'm proud of, met the most incredible people, made lifelong friendships, and learned that kindness, good health, and the people who truly love you are life's greatest treasures.

At 46, I've realised something important... I no longer chase perfection—I choose peace. I don't compare my journey to anyone else's. I celebrate every little win, every lesson, and every new beginning.

Yes, I'm officially at the age where I moisturise more than I socialise, get excited about a new skincare treatment more than a night out, and call it self-care when I'm in bed by 9:30. 😂

And honestly... I wouldn't swap this stage of life for anything.

Because growing older is a privilege that not everyone gets.

I'm happier, stronger, more confident, and much kinder to myself than I was in my twenties. I've learned that wrinkles are simply smiles we've collected, and every chapter—even the difficult ones—has helped make me who I am today.

Being a Cancer means I feel everything deeply. I celebrate with my whole heart, I love fiercely, I care endlessly, and yes... sometimes I cry over the smallest things. But I've learned that's never been a weakness—it's one of my greatest strengths.

So today I'll celebrate another trip around the sun, another beautiful chapter, another chance to laugh louder, love deeper, keep learning, keep growing... and of course, eat cake completely guilt-free! 🎂🥂

To my family, my friends, my wonderful clients, and everyone who has supported me, encouraged me, believed in me, or simply made me smile along the way... thank you. You have all been part of my story, and I carry a little piece of each of you in my heart.

Here's to 46... Still smiling. Still dreaming. Still believing that the best chapters haven't been written yet.

Hello, July... my month. ☀️🤍

There is something so special about welcoming the month that gave me life.

As a summer baby and a water sign, I've always found comfort in the sunshine and strength in the waves. The sun reminds me to keep shining, even after the darkest days.

The water reminds me that it's okay to feel deeply, to grow, to change, and to keep flowing no matter what life brings.

This weekend, I'll celebrate another birthday, and more than anything, I feel grateful.

Grateful for the lessons that made me stronger. Grateful for the people who stayed.
Grateful for the ones who let go, because they made space for new beginnings.
Grateful for every chapter that taught me that healing isn't about becoming someone else... it's about coming home to yourself.
