Please, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I’d really appreciate as much notice as possible. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a big impact on my small business.

Over the summer, I’ve arranged childcare so I can be here for your appointments, and this is my full-time income. When appointments are missed without notice, it’s time and income that I can’t replace.

Going forward, anyone who doesn’t attend their appointment or cancels at the last minute will be required to pay for the missed appointment before another booking can be made.
