Tonight's NADA Reset was all about the Five Element archetypes... (roughly translated as personality traits!).

One of the things I love about our NADA sessions is that it doesn't just help us relax; it helps us understand ourselves too. As we chatted about each archetype, people started recognising their own strengths, the signs they're becoming out of balance, and simple ways to bring themselves back again.

That's what NADA Reset is all about. A chance to switch off, learn something new, and leave with tools you can use in everyday life
