I have a few appointments that need filling!

Tuesday 24th for a colour, cut, facial, pretty much anything! New clients welcome for anything but a colour for this slot

Friday 27th at 11:15 for anything ( can take a new client for this appointment but patch test would be required before )

Weds 2nd October 10am for any service (new clients welcome)

These slots will be taken quickly especially as new clients are welcome so if you need any of these appointments drop me a message asap❤️❤️

Hey everyone! I hope we’re all well!

As I’m super lucky that everyone is keeping me so busy, I’m just not able to reply to messages in a timely manner, so I have pulled in some help and now have an assistant that will be responding to all my messages on Fridays.

If you need to book/cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so by using the online booking link, or to cancel or reschedule, please use the confirmation link you would have received in your messages. Alternatively, please wait until the next Friday for a response from my assistant who will help you. Obviously i will still receive notifications, so if you have an emergency or need to cancel last minute, I will be able to see this and will respond accordingly, but for none urgent messages will be responded to on Fridays.

Please don’t send follow up messages as this will ping you to the top which will mean your message is replied to last. However if you haven’t had a response and a Friday has passed then please ping me another message.

I hope you are all well.

This week is the kick off to the most busiest month of the year, so I do need to ask you a few favours ❤️

Please please please only cancel your appointments if it’s the last option, I am fully booked until January so I will be unable to fit you in before then if you need to cancel your appointment 📅

As Christmas approaches traffic gets horrendous and parking gets even worse , so please leave plenty of time to get to your appointment. I am working back to back so will be unable to accommodate you if you’re late, normally I can accommodate you up to 15 minutes, but during this season, unfortunately I cannot even do that.

Last but not least, if you are ill, please don’t come to your appointment. I cannot afford to be ill over these next few weeks and it’s unfair on other clients for me to be passing on illnesses/cancelling there appointments as a result of someone passing on there illness to me.

I’m sorry to sound like a moan but unfortunately the Christmas rush is extremely stressful enough as it is without added factors being thrown in❤️

Message replies will also be extremely delayed so please bear with me.
