I had the pleasure of syringing my clients ears today, he is a dj as well as working in another job that involves having his ears covered/plugged and had badly compacted wax and dirt, which lead to him having loss of hearing. Unfortunately due to his ear canal structure and the hairs i couldnt get any internal pictures but we got the 2 smaller chunks out of his left and the larger 1 from his right (size of a 5p in diameter). The water with the particles of wax was from his left ear.
