We had a lovely evening at the Forever Experience Evening in Cardiff last night.
Thank you Heli Korte for inviting me-It was great to see some of the team, whilst meeting others from around the country. It really gave me that Buzz, which reminded me WHY I am still with Forever after almost 8years!

Re-introducing these two beauties into my life.
I already use the Immublend every day, and have re-introduced the B12 which packs a punch with its time-release formula. Being vegetarian, this will help me in many ways.
I’d also ran out of my Probiotics, so I was pleased when my delivery came this week! Great for the stomach, but also helps to increase the growth of good bacteria, after the winter illnesses. ☀️😊🤧 💪🏻

Aloe to the rescue after Blues castration yday. He has a shaving rash everywhere, so I’ve applied Aloe First Spray over night, until his blue inflatable arrived-now ⭐️Gelly.⭐️

So, I’m upping my game now I’ve had a fortnight of treats and meals with besties etc! Now, to increase my exercise with cycling regularly, alongside my dog walks.
Currently weighing in at 13.6.6stone, so my aim is to get to 13 asap, then continue as I was 😄 Feeling good, even if a little sore on the knee 🫣 Taking it at my pace though, and stopped when my knee wanted to.
Notice Bud decided to observe today? Haha!
