POLICY FOR BOOKINGS ‼️
Unfortunately due to cancellations and no shows I have had to tighten my policys. I am running a business and I keep my prices as low as I can for everyone so people not showing up costs me as I have bought your product and could have booked someone else into your slot this will end up making prices increase for everyone else due to loss of income and expenses I’ve paid to do your treatment and this is the last thing I want to do.

BOOKING POLICY
A 25 percent non refundable deposit is required upon booking. Please make sure you can make the date and time that you’ve agreed to I can not do random times and change your slot to time can only try to be flexible I do still have two children who is my first priority and I have commitments for them so I can not do other times than the times I have sent you or we have agreed upon.

LATE POLICY
If you are going to be late please let me know as soon as you can, please do not just turn up late to an appointment as this puts me behind for other clients. Any one over 20 minutes late will lose their deposit and need to rebook. (Except in extreme circumstances then you will then not lose your deposit and will need to rebook another day.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 48 hours + before your appointment you can use your deposit to rebook another day if you cancel 0-48 hours before your appointment you will lose your deposit and need to pay a new deposit to rebook. If you have not paid a deposit you will need to pay a cancellation fee of 25 percent of the treatment cost.

Hyaluronic acid is naturally present in the dermis and throughout our body. In the skin hyaluronic acid attracts water which then allows our skin to become more hydrated.
